- Managing and responding to contact requests made by the user: the data processing derived from this purpose is based on the consent that the user can withdraw at any time. If TLCO does not provide services to the user beforehand and there is no prior contractual or pre-contractual relationship, the data will be processed based on the consent given by the user. If the user withdraws consent, their query or request cannot be processed.
- Performing anonymous statistical reports and creating commercial profiles to improve the Website is based on our legitimate interest. This legitimate interest is based on the ability to improve the browsing experience on the Website. The information obtained will be deleted once the corresponding statistical report is prepared, which will not contain personal data and will not be used for purposes other than those described.
- Complying with legally established obligations: the data provided to fulfill the obligations derived from the services offered by TLCO will be retained for the legally established periods.

- Managing registration and attendance at events organized by TLCO: the data will be retained for the necessary period to manage the event, and once finalized, they will be kept blocked for the prescription period of legal actions derived from the request.
- If the user sends their CV or applies for different job offers: if the application is spontaneous, the data will be processed for one year, and if applying for a specific offer, until the selection process is completed.
- Performing anonymous statistical reports on access habits, preferences, and behaviors of users on the Website: the information will be used in an aggregated form for preparing statistical reports and analysis for the necessary period to process and prepare the referred statistical reports and/or analysis, and once finalized, they will be kept blocked for the prescription period of legal actions derived from the request.
- Creating a commercial profile: the data will be processed according to this purpose until the user opposes the processing, and in no case for a period exceeding one (1) year.
- Conducting quality and satisfaction surveys related to quality and satisfaction: the data provided for this purpose will be retained for the duration of the surveys, and once finalized, they will be kept blocked for the prescription period of legal actions that may arise from the survey.

Additionally, we inform you that certain data may be communicated within the framework of current regulations or the contractual relationship maintained to:
- Public Administrations in the cases provided by law based on legal obligation.
- Courts and Tribunals in the cases provided by law based on legal obligation.

a) Right of Access
The user has the right to be informed by TLCO about whether their personal data is being processed and, if so, to access said data and receive information about the purposes for which they are processed, the categories of data affected by the processing, the recipients to whom their personal data has been communicated, and the expected period of data retention, among other information.
b) Right to Rectification and Erasure:
The user has the right to request the erasure of personal data whenever the legal requirements are met and to rectify inaccurate data concerning them when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
c) Limitation of Processing, Revocation of Consent, and Total or Partial Objection to Processing:
