Accessing, browsing, and using www.thatlegalco.com or www.thatlegalco.es (hereinafter the “Website”) implies the express and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of these Terms of Use, having the same validity and effectiveness as any written and signed contract.

TLCO reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions stipulated herein, in whole or in part, by publishing any changes in the same manner these Terms of Use appear or through any type of communication directed to users.
TLCO is the owner or, where appropriate, holds the corresponding licenses for the exploitation rights of the intellectual property of the Website, as well as all the content offered on it, including the platform itself, texts, photographs or illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, or any other information or content on the Website.
In no case will it be understood that access, navigation, and use of the Website by the user imply a waiver, transmission, license, or total or partial transfer of said rights by TLCO. The user has the right to use the content of the Website within a strictly domestic scope and solely for the purpose of using this Website, in accordance with these Terms of Use.
References to registered trademarks or trade names, or other distinctive signs, imply a prohibition on their use without the consent of TLCO or their legitimate owners. At no time, unless expressly stated otherwise, does access, navigation, or use of the Website and/or its contents grant the user any rights over the distinctive signs included therein.

The breach of any of the above obligations by the user may lead to the adoption by TLCO of the appropriate measures covered by law and in the exercise of its rights or obligations, without the possibility of compensation for damages caused.
In the event that the user finds any information or content on the Website that may be inappropriate, contrary to current regulations, or contrary to the conditions set out on the Website, we ask that you immediately notify TLCO through the various means provided.

TLCO does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and assumes no responsibility for them.
The user acknowledges and agrees that TLCO is not responsible for the availability of third-party websites or external resources and does not endorse any advertising, products, or other materials offered through such websites or resources.
The user acknowledges and agrees that TLCO will not be responsible for any losses or damages the user may incur as a result of the availability of the aforementioned websites or external resources, or as a result of the trust the user places in the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, products, or other materials offered through such websites or resources.
b) Links to the provider’s channel on other platforms and social networks:
TLCO provides users with various tools and applications that enable them to access channels and pages of the Website that TLCO maintains on different platforms and social networks managed by third parties (e.g., Instagram or LinkedIn). The inclusion of these links on the Website is solely intended to facilitate access to these channels on different platforms and social networks.
The establishment of these applications does not imply the existence of any relationship between TLCO and the owner of the linked platform, nor acceptance and approval by TLCO of its content and/or services, with the owner being solely responsible for them.
In no case does TLCO share with any third-party platform linked on the Website any type of private information about its users, with its sole purpose being that established in these General Terms of Use, as well as in the Website’s Privacy Policy.
Since TLCO has no control over the content hosted on these channels, the user acknowledges and agrees that TLCO assumes no responsibility for the content or the services that the user may access on these pages, nor for any content, products, services, advertising, or any other material available on them. Therefore, the user must exercise extreme caution in evaluating and using the information, content, and services existing on the linked channels and regarding their own or third-party information that they wish to share on such channels.
TLCO does not guarantee and is not responsible for: (i) the continuity of the content of the Website; (ii) the absence of errors in said content; (iii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components on the Website or the server that supplies it; (iv) the invulnerability of the Website and/or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted therein; (v) the lack of utility or performance of the contents of the Website; and (vi) the damages or losses caused, to themselves or a third party, by any person who violates the conditions, rules, and instructions established by TLCO on the Website or through the breach of the Website’s security systems.
Nevertheless, TLCO declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of technology, to ensure the operation of the Website and minimize system errors, both from a technical and legal and organizational standpoint.
TLCO reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, navigation, use, hosting, and/or download of content and/or use of services of the Website, with or without prior notice, without the possibility for the user to demand any compensation for this cause.
In accordance with the provisions of current Data Protection regulations, all personal data provided during the use of the Website will be treated in accordance with the Website’s privacy policy, which every user must expressly accept to use the Website.
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is declared null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal, or competent administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use.
The non-exercise or non-enforcement by TLCO of any right or provision contained in these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver thereof, except for acknowledgment and agreement in writing by TLCO.
